The menu includes antipasti such as bruschetta olivenere—toasted bread with diced olives, roasted red pepper, and herbs—and grilled calamari with market greens. Entrees include thin-crust pizza with spicy italian sausage, fettuccine with mushrooms and fresh rosemary, and grilled salmon with a lemon-leek sauce.

Carmello’s chefs invigorate diners’ cravings with an extensive menu of familiar Italian dishes enhanced with New World flourishes. In addition to classic thin crusts, chefs roll out gluten-free and whole-wheat dough for pizzas loaded with italian meats and fresh mediterranean herbs. There are nearly 30 pasta dishes on the menu, which chefs toss with four sauce varieties including creamy tomato and garlicky extra-virgin olive oil. Diners can wash down bites with microbrew draft beers, selections from an extensive Italian wine list, or spoonfuls of lemon-leek sauce left over from plates of grilled salmon.
