Despite the quick, counter-service-style setup, SushiGo’s staff forms each maki roll by hand to ensure freshness and flavour. Layers of seaweed and sticky rice surround pieces of smoked salmon, tempura shrimp, and vegetables, which pair well with a selection of more than 20 loose-leaf teas brewed by the cup.
